  1. I just saw the documentary “Who Needs Sleep?” and I totally agree with your efforts. I also suffer from sleep deprivation due to health problems. I know what it’s like to try to function under the handicap of sleep debt. I don’t work in the film industry, but I love movies. I have all my life. I don’t think anyone should die so that I can have entertainment. I live in Illinois, but if there is any way I can help 12 on and 12 off, please let me know. Thanks for making this a cause to be fought for. Denice :-)

  2. I just watched this on the Doc channel and as an actor-director-producer I agree with the 12 on 12 off idea, and truly wonder why the unions are not in full support of this and requiring it of all productions. I have not joined any unions because I don’t see why the cost to join is so high yet they don’t stand up for their members when it comes to the length of the work day. The unions are the only ones that can force the studios into adopting the 12on/12off program, but it seems they are too concerned with lining the pockets of their leaders instead.
